Welcome to HIDDEN BLOCKS (the "Game"), operated by LOGAN LAND ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Game. By downloading, accessing, or playing HIDDEN BLOCKS you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
The Game is intended for a general audience. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Game. If you are a minor below the age of majority, you may use the Game only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for any purchases.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the Game except where permitted by law.
You may sign in with Apple or Google, or play as a Guest. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Guest progress may be lost if the app is removed; link a social account to preserve it.
The Game includes virtual items, including the in-game currency "Gem". Gems and virtual items have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for real money or value outside the Game. We may manage, regulate, modify, or remove virtual items at any time. Purchases of virtual items are final, except where the law or the app store requires otherwise.
Optional purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and may be managed through our payment partner (RevenueCat). Prices and availability may change. Refunds follow the policy of the relevant app store. If you are a minor, purchases require the consent of a parent or guardian; we recommend enabling device-level purchase controls to prevent unauthorized purchases.
The Game may display advertising provided by third-party networks (AppLovin MAX and its mediated partners). Ads may be personalized based on advertising identifiers. Where required by law (for example, in the EEA/UK or on iOS), we ask for your consent or permission before serving personalized ads, and you can limit ad personalization in your device settings.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, tamper with game data or currency, harass others, or use the Game for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The Game — including its design, artwork, code, and trademarks (including "HIDDEN BLOCKS" and "LOGAN LAND") — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
We may update, change, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the Game or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
