This Privacy Policy explains how LOGAN LAND ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you play HIDDEN BLOCKS (the "Game"). The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region).
Account information: when you sign in with Apple or Google we receive a user identifier and, depending on your choices, a basic profile (such as a name or email). Guest play uses an anonymous identifier.
Game data: your nickname, progress, stars, scores, Gem balance, and settings.
Purchase data: records of in-app purchases (processed via the app stores and our partner RevenueCat). We do not collect or store full payment-card details.
Device & usage data: device type, operating system, language, app version, and basic diagnostic/analytics information used to operate and improve the Game.
Advertising identifiers: limited identifiers used to serve and measure ads (see "Advertising").
To provide and maintain the Game; save your progress; process purchases; provide support; ensure security and prevent fraud or cheating; comply with the law; and improve the Game.
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@loganland.app and we will delete it.
The Game uses AppLovin MAX and mediated ad partners to display ads. Ads may be personalized based on advertising identifiers. Where required by law (for example, in the EEA/UK), we ask for your consent before serving personalized ads; on iOS we request permission through App Tracking Transparency. You can limit ad personalization in your device settings.
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf or as part of their service: Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting, messaging, analytics, crash reporting); Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In (authentication); RevenueCat (purchase management); and AppLovin MAX (advertising). Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers above, when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Game and for legitimate or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict your information and to object to certain processing. You can delete your account within the Game (Me ▸ settings) or by contacting us. Parents may exercise these rights on behalf of their child.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including server-side controls for the in-game economy. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our providers operate. We take steps to protect it consistent with this Policy.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the Game or by other reasonable means.
